Whats under my foot…
Setting up and organizing
organize, organize, organize, I’m getting close to being very happy with my space. There are more lights to hang, getting wires under control, and lots of organizing. With all of the storage space I am totally overwhelmed but thinking ahead. Remember those kitchen cabinets I told you about that were left in the home when we bought it? The over head cabinets are being used for AccuQuilt dies, you can see one in the photo below, the rest are under my quilt frame. Then there are the tall cabinets which is great for bolts of fabric. If I decide to keep them they will eventually be painted white because as you can see, I have enough natural wood around me.
I think I kinda like this apple basket hanging on the wall, the basket is older than me and came from an apple orchard that was closed back in the late 60’s, early 70’s. Now that I know it works I can clean the basket and decide what to put in it. There is also a lid.
Machine Embroidery
I actually found some time to play on the embroidery machine with glow in the dark thread, it amazes me. The alphabets are from Embroidery Legacy.

Thank you for linking up to Put your foot down 217.
Does the Glow in the Dark thread keep glowing after being washed? Just curious. I enjoy seeing how organizing your studio is coming along. Happy quiilting!
That’s a good question, I will let you know.
