Whats Under My Foot

Yay, I finally have something to share! The February challenge for the Island Batik Ambassadors is a table or bed runner made with the FW2024 collection we received in box 1. In addition, we are to use the Deb Tucker Studio 180 Designs tool also in the box, I was sent the 4 Patch Square Up tool.

The collection I received is Jubilee designed by Jerry Khiev for Island Batik. It is a 20 sku collection that is perfect for a patriotic quilt.

Here is the start of my project, it will be a square instead of rectangle. I am also using a couple other tools I was sent in previous years.

organize, organize, organize, I’m getting close to being very happy with my space. There are more lights to hang, getting wires under control, and lots of organizing. With all of the storage space I am totally overwhelmed but thinking ahead. Remember those kitchen cabinets I told you about that were left in the home when we bought it? The over head cabinets are being used for AccuQuilt dies, you can see one in the photo below, the rest are under my quilt frame. Then there are the tall cabinets which is great for bolts of fabric. If I decide to keep them they will eventually be painted white because as you can see, I have enough natural wood around me.

        1. That is strange. I could see it so I thought maybe I should delete my browser cache. After deleting and reopening my browser I could still see it.

  1. Yes, I’m with Andree–I linked up early Thursday morning, but now the link party has disappeared….
