Whats under my foot

First, if you subscribe to my newsletter I am sorry about the funky emails you may have received. While testing new templates I did not deactivate the newsletter app and it was sending posts from the templates.

I can’t believe we have been in this house for 3 years and I haven’t even thought about a curtain. To be honest, I am just now thinking about what I am going to change in the room. The warm wood has finally caught up with me because it feels so dark in there. So…the knee walls are either gong to be a pastel green or white, and the slant part of the wall will be the opposite.

The ceiling is still in the thought process. There is some water damage on it from when the house set empty and of course it is wood too. It will need to be replaced but with what I am not sure yet. For now, some lace curtains with lighten up the room.

I found this in the hoop lace hexagon on Embroidery Legacy and purchased it. In my emb software I duplicated and butted the hexies against one another and stitched them out on organza. That is what I have been doing.
