With 5 projects on my board that need finished by the end of Oct, there’s been a lot of activity in my sewing room. Monday I finished a wall hanging for Inquiring Quilter’s newest fabric collection, Flower Pot. The collection is one that you can find in the current Island Batik Blog Hop, schedule here.
Your garden will grow by 5 blocks with today’s download being one large flower, and four large leaf blocks. These should go together pretty quick for you.

Floral Fusion Sew Along is in it’s second week and today I have 2 new blocks for you, block 1 and 9. I hope you like them. I have finally decided on a border for a 45″ x 50″ finished quilt and am currently working on it now.
Monday was the official beginning of my Floral Fusion sew along. Every Monday I will release a new flower for you to applique, block 10 is the first block and it will only be available as a free download until the next block is release.

Today is the official start of my newest sew along. The planned quilt will have 48 blocks varying in size , 4″ finished squares, 4″ x 8″ finished rectangles and 8″ x 8″ finished squares. If you choose to stick with the recommended block sizes you will have a 40″ x 40″ finished quilt
