Put your foot down 240

Put your foot down 240, a weekly linky party every Thursday. Stop by and share your WIP’s, UFO’s, finishes, or any fiber arts projects.

Whats under my foot

At the moment I am working on a combo quilt that will serve two purposes, Prisms Blog Hop showcasing Claudia’s new Island Batik fabric collection and my June IBA project.

The Deb Tucker Studio 180 tool I received to use this month is the Wing Clipper which means my quilt will have flying geese, yay!

Spring brings about lots of fresh fruits, they have been added to my grocery list.

Check out these cool pineapple blocks from A Messy House is a Sign of a Happy Quilter.

Pinker n Punkin Quilting and Stitching shared strawberries, she is also offering a free downloadable template.

This month Island Batik teamed up with Funky Friends Factory to challenge the Island Batik Ambassadors. We were allowed to choose a pattern for the softie and I chose Crocodile Steve. This has been both fun and challenging. Challenging because there are a lot of curved pieces in this pattern and fun because it brought back happy times of my son growing up while stitching.
