Whats under my foot

I’m having a love affair with fabric, lol. Meet Daisy May, one of the new collections that hit will hit quilt shops next month.It’s the collection I received for the September Island Batik blog hop.

The Sept. challenge is to make an applique lap or larger quilt and finish the edges with Aurifil thread. It’s no often that I use every single fabric in the collection (we are encouraged to) but that was not a problem for my design. There was a lot of tracing and cutting of pieces going on last weekend.
