Put your foot down 275 is a weekly linky party every Thursday. Stop by and share your WIP’s, UFO’s, finishes, or any fiber arts projects. Thank you all for returning each week and sharing your projects.
Whats under my foot
Sunday I finish both blog hop quilts (March 3 & 6) and started working on my March Island Batik quilt. The quilt I am making is one of many designs I created in 2017 when I could do very little due to sciatic pain from an old injury.
March is a free month for the IBA’s, we can use any fabric, size or method for the challenge that we wanted. The only fabric I had the yardage to make my large quilt is this bolt from an older collection I’d purchased from MaryMackMadeMIne that is no longer available.
The background fabric is Cornsilk (below the bolt), it is from the Foundations Collection and is available throughout the year for purchase, unlike the seasonal fabrics.

Another view, I could sit and stare at this photo for house. M3Pro Iron provided by Oliso in the January box 1.

These blocks will become a large checkerboard block, x 4.

Your shares from Put your foot down 274

Nance from Grace & Peace and Lynn made these beautiful quilts. I have a feeling we’ll be seeing a lot of green quilts soon.
Deb from a Scrappy Quilter is working on Sea Glass. It’s going to be beautiful.

Visit last week’s Put your foot down 274 to see what everyone shared. I ask that somewhere in the post you are linking from that you to share a link back to this post. Thank you for joining the linky party!

What a fun mini iron!!! Thanks for featuring my quilt!
I love your quilt, thank you for sharing.
Hi Denise, the batik fabric is gorgeous. You’re really busy in March – good luck!
It really is, if you only lived closer. Shipping is sky high here in the states, I’d hate to ask what it would cost to ship to Ca right now.
Hi Denise, somehow your linking party has disappeared again, but the previous ones seem to be there.
Can you check again please? I see it.
