Bloomers Applique

Are you ready for some applique? Today I am sharing the first of 15 applique blocks that will become Bloomers. Before you grab your download this week there are a couple of things I would like to mention first.

Regarding the free downloads

First, please do not share the free patterns I provide. If you have an interested party I ask that you refer them to my website to download their own pattern.

In addition, each download is available free until the next pattern is released. The previous download will then be available in my shop for a small fee.

Each download will include 1 or 2 block patterns. There will be a diagram as shown above and then a page with the shapes for tracing, neither page is reverse.

The shapes on the diagram are numbered for patch placement and identification. You will also use this sheet for tracing the flower stems onto your background block. Use a washable marker, pencil, or Frixon pen for tracing stems. Stitch over the stems using your favorite sewing machine stitch or hand embroidery stitch.

The applique shapes page – each shape is numbered to match the diagram.
